The K&N 69-5320TS Typhoon Performance Intake System is designed to replace your restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to provide a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. By smoothing and straightening airflow through a silver powder-coated, mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, this system allows your engine to breathe more efficiently than the stock assembly.
This short ram intake includes an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media. The filter is washable and reusable, capable of lasting up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom-designed heat shield is included to isolate the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser oxygen charge reaches the cylinders. Installation is straightforward and can typically be completed in under 90 minutes using standard hand tools.
