Optimize your vehicle's performance with the K&N NextGen cold air intake system, specifically engineered for the Ford Ranger Raptor. This system replaces the restrictive factory air path with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally molded tubes designed to maximize airflow volume. By streamlining air delivery, this intake provides a dyno-tested increase of 27.38 horsepower and 27.57 lb-ft of torque with no ECU tuning required.
This dual-intake configuration delivers massive airflow gains, achieving a 42.6% CFM increase on the driver side and a 55.9% CFM increase on the passenger side. The system features an oversized, conical High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter made from washable oiled cotton media, which can go up to 100,000 miles between services under standard highway driving conditions. A custom-designed NextGen air box acts as a thermal barrier, shielding the intake charge from high engine bay temperatures.
