The K&N 57 Series FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air box and intake tubing. By utilizing a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system increases the volume of airflow to your engine while smoothing the intake path. This specific design is paired with an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media, allowing for up to 100,000 miles of use between cleanings under standard highway conditions.
To maintain lower intake air temperatures, the kit includes a custom heat shield designed to isolate the filter from engine bay heat. This bolt-on system is designed for straightforward installation, typically completed in under 90 minutes using standard hand tools.
