The K&N 57-1507 FIPK performance air intake system replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. This kit utilizes a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube designed to increase airflow volume to your engine. By streamlining the intake path, this system improves throttle response and engine sound while providing a washable, reusable filtration solution.
The included oversized conical air filter features K&N's signature oiled cotton media, capable of going up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom-fit heat shield is provided to isolate the intake air from engine bay heat, ensuring a cooler, denser charge reaching the intake manifold. This system is designed for a straightforward installation using factory mounting points, typically completed in under 90 minutes.
