The K&N 57-2531 Performance Intake Kit is engineered to reduce intake restriction by replacing the factory air filter and intake housing. This system features a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube designed to increase airflow volume, providing a measurable increase in horsepower and torque. The system is paired with an oversized, conical high-flow air filter that provides superior filtration and long service intervals for your Ford heavy-duty truck.
- High-Flow Filtration: Includes a washable, reusable oiled cotton filter designed to go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions.
- HDPE Intake Tube: The rotationally-molded tube optimizes the air path to the engine, increasing the volume of air available for combustion.
- Heat Shielding: A custom-fit heat shield protects the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, helping maintain performance.
