Fits 1996-2001 Jeep Cherokee models equipped with the L6-4.0L engine. This high-performance intake system replaces the restrictive factory air box and tubing to improve airflow and engine efficiency.
The K&N 57 Series FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) uses a rotationally-molded, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube to streamline air delivery and increase the volume of oxygen reaching your engine. This kit is paired with an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media for superior filtration and long service intervals of up to 100,000 miles under highway conditions. A custom-designed heat shield is included to isolate the filter from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser intake charge.
