The K&N 57-2524-2 performance air intake system replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and intake housing to increase airflow and power. This kit features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube designed to optimize the volume of air delivered to your engine. It includes a custom heat shield to isolate the intake air from engine bay heat, ensuring a cooler, denser charge for improved combustion.
At the heart of the system is an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media. This filter provides exceptional filtration and can go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. The system is designed for a straightforward installation that can typically be completed in under 90 minutes using standard tools.
