Fits select 1994-2014 Ford Explorer, Mustang, Ranger, Mercury Mountaineer, Nissan Frontier, Pathfinder, and Xterra. This K&N Universal Air Filter is engineered for versatility and high-performance airflow in demanding applications. Featuring the legendary washable and reusable cotton gauze media, this filter provides excellent filtration while reducing restriction compared to disposable paper elements.
Constructed with ultra-strong, molded pliable rubber flanges, the RU-1014 is designed to absorb engine vibration for a more secure, rattle-free attachment. The flange material is engineered with enough flexibility to be stretched up to 1/16-inch (1.5mm) to accommodate slight variations in intake tube diameters, ensuring a precise fit.
