The King Engine Bearings pMaxKote Performance Main Bearing Set is engineered for high-output engine builds where durability and oil film maintenance are critical. This set features the pMaxBlack tri-metal structure and the advanced pMaxKote—a factory-applied nano-composite polymer coating. Unlike aftermarket spray-on coatings, King’s pMaxKote is applied during the manufacturing process to ensure consistent thickness and superior adhesion, providing an extra layer of protection against metal-to-metal contact during cold starts and high-RPM operation.
