This King Main Bearing Set (Size: STD) is designed for select 2003-2020 Ford, Mazda, Jaguar, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles equipped with 2.0L or 2.3L DOHC engines. As part of the King SI-series, these bearings are engineered to provide a reliable, high-durability solution for OE-style engine rebuilds and daily driving applications.
Constructed from a silicon-impregnated aluminum bi-metal alloy, these bearings offer superior embeddability and seizure resistance compared to traditional aluminum bearings. The addition of silicon helps to maintain the bearing surface, especially when paired with modern crankshaft materials. This set replaces worn factory main bearings to restore proper oil clearance and support the rotating assembly.
