This Kooks long tube header and X-pipe system is engineered to maximize exhaust scavenging and increase horsepower on the 4.6L 3V engine. Constructed from premium T304 aircraft-quality stainless steel, the 1-5/8 inch primaries are specifically sized to balance high-RPM flow with essential low-end torque. The kit includes a 2-1/2 inch catted X-pipe featuring high-flow catalytic converters, designed to provide a clean install while significantly reducing backpressure compared to the factory mid-pipe. Handcrafted in the USA, this system replaces restrictive factory manifolds and is designed for a precise fit with manual transmission applications.
