Designed specifically to recover factory-spec stability, stopping power, and lane-change responsiveness, this shock absorber is manufactured on the same assembly lines as KYB's original equipment (OE) products. Classified as OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket), the Excel-G uses OE-quality components and calibration to ensure your suspension performs exactly as intended from the factory.
This shock features a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design for consistent damping. To ensure durability and maintain alignment under heavy loads, KYB utilizes some of the thickest strut bodies and mounting brackets in the industry, minimizing flex and protecting internal components.
