The MagnaFlow OEM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 49664 is engineered to replace restrictive or failing factory units, resolving check engine lights (OBDII) while maintaining legal emissions standards. This unit is designed using 3D scanning technology to ensure it matches the original equipment geometry exactly, allowing for a straightforward DIY installation that requires no cutting, welding, or bending.
Constructed for longevity in harsh undercar environments, this converter features 16-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing for unrestricted exhaust flow. The assembly includes 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to isolate noise and vibration, along with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds. Every kit comes complete with Torca Accuseal 360-degree clamps and all necessary gaskets to eliminate the need for reusing corroded factory hardware.
