The MagnaFlow HM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 23622 is engineered to restore factory exhaust performance and resolve check engine light issues caused by failing emissions components. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning during development, this unit replicates the original equipment geometry for a precise fit. The bolt-on design ensures a straightforward installation using standard shop tools, requiring no cutting or welding.
Constructed for longevity, the converter features 16-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing to maintain smooth exhaust flow and peak fuel economy. The assembly is secured with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds and includes 410 stainless steel barbed hangers to minimize noise and vibration. This direct-fit replacement is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements for OBDII vehicles with Federal/EPA systems.
