The MagnaFlow OEM Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 52305 is engineered to replace your worn factory unit and resolve Check Engine Lights (CEL) caused by catalyst inefficiency. Utilizing a compact, low-mass spun body design, this converter replicates the flow dynamics and thermal efficiency of the original equipment. Each unit is developed using precise 3D scanning to ensure it bolts directly to factory mounting points without the need for cutting or welding.
Built for durability in harsh undercar environments, the converter features 16-gauge 409 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing for smooth exhaust gas flow and maximum service life. The construction is reinforced with 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a single laser fusion weld to eliminate potential leak points. This direct-fit assembly includes the necessary gaskets and hardware to ensure a complete, leak-free installation.
