The MagnaFlow Street Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System 16638 is engineered to deliver a resonant, powerful engine tone and dyno-proven performance gains for the NB-generation Mazda Miata. This system replaces the factory exhaust components from the catalytic converter back, utilizing a straight-through muffler design to achieve a moderate exterior sound profile while maintaining a mild, street-friendly interior presence.
Built from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the system features 2.5-inch mandrel-bent main piping to ensure unrestricted exhaust flow. The single passenger-side rear exit is finished with a 4-inch polished, welded-on double-wall angle-cut tip with a folded edge. Developed through extensive 3D scanning, this direct-fit system is manufactured using CNC precision robotic techniques for perfect fitment and straightforward installation.
