This universal rear-mount component is engineered to meet or exceed the rigorous requirements of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for legal use in California and other CARB-restricted states. Its compact, low-mass design provides superior thermal efficiency while allowing for installation in confined areas.
Built for durability in harsh underbody environments, this converter features high-strength 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for exceptional corrosion resistance and a long service life. The main body is secured with a single laser fusion weld to minimize leak potential, while 308 stainless steel MIG welds ensure structural integrity. As a universal part, professional welding is required for a secure and leak-free installation into your existing exhaust system.
