Designed for high-horsepower Ford 4.6L and 5.0L engines, the Manley H-Tuff Series connecting rods are engineered for applications that demand more strength than a standard H-beam can provide. These rods feature a significantly larger cross-sectional area to withstand the increased cylinder pressures found in forced induction and high-compression builds, providing a robust solution for performance engine builders.
- Manufactured from forged 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed steel alloy
- Shot-peened after machining to MIL-S-13165 and 100% magnafluxed for maximum reliability
- Includes high-strength 3/8" ARP 2000 series bolts for superior cap retention
- Precision balanced sets to within +/- 1.5 grams
- Bore and pin ends finished to exacting tolerances
