Fits the 2001-2006 BMW M3 Base. The Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud Kit is designed to eliminate the failure-prone stock mechanical clutch fan on your E46 M3. By replacing the factory setup with a high-flow electric fan, you reduce parasitic drag and increase cooling efficiency. Dyno testing on a Dynojet has shown gains of up to 5 whp between 6500-7500 rpm after removing the factory fan.
This kit features a brushed aluminum shroud that mounts directly to both OEM and Mishimoto performance radiators. The included 16-inch high-flow fan delivers over 1850 CFM of airflow, while the offset mounting provides the necessary clearance for popular supercharger kits. This kit (MPN: MMFS-E46-01K) also includes an adjustable fan controller and wiring for precise coolant temperature management.
