The Mishimoto MMCP-25NPTBK silicone coupler provides a reliable, high-pressure connection for custom intake or cooling system piping. This 2.5-inch coupler is engineered for durability under high-heat and high-boost conditions, featuring an integrated 1/8-inch NPT bung to simplify the installation of pressure sensors, temperature probes, or water-methanol injection nozzles.
To ensure a leak-free seal and structural integrity, the 6061 aluminum bung is molded directly into the silicone, preventing the separation or stripping common with DIY-drilled setups. The 4-ply silicone construction is reinforced with heat-resistant embedded fibers to handle the thermal and mechanical stresses of high-performance engines.
