This Mishimoto performance intercooler is engineered to replace the restrictive factory unit, utilizing a unique angled design that maximizes the available space behind the front bumper for superior heat rejection.

Constructed from all-aluminum and fully TIG-welded for maximum durability, this intercooler features an 88% increase in core size and a 66% increase in internal core volume compared to the stock component. To address common moisture issues in 2011-2014 F-150 models, it includes an integrated NPT-threaded bung on the bottom for condensation drainage. This kit also includes a CNC bypass bung for 2011-2012 models and air diversion plates to ensure maximum airflow through the core.
