Improve the induction efficiency of your turbocharged 1.6L EcoBoost with the Mishimoto Performance Air Intake Kit. This system replaces the restrictive factory airbox and intake tract with mandrel-bent aluminum piping, providing a smooth path for airflow directly to the turbocharger inlet. Designed to function perfectly on the stock ECU calibration, this kit delivers dyno-proven gains of 6 whp and 10 wtq without requiring an aftermarket tune.
The intake features a CNC-machined MAF housing to maintain accurate sensor readings and includes two integrated CCV ports with a silicone PCV adapter for a secure fit. To combat heat soak, the kit includes a black powder-coated heat shield airbox that isolates the filter from engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser air charge. Finished in a durable wrinkle red powder coat, this kit enhances both engine bay aesthetics and the aggressive auditory character of the turbocharger.
