While the tenth-generation Honda Accord and Acura RDX offer significant performance potential through their turbocharged powerplants, the factory intercoolers are prone to heat soak during spirited driving or after adding power modifications. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is engineered to combat this thermal inefficiency. Featuring a robust bar-and-plate core and cast-aluminum end tanks, this direct bolt-on solution significantly increases core volume and frontal surface area for superior heat dissipation.

Rigorous flow-bench testing and real-world trials demonstrated maximum intake temperature drops of 28°F. On a stock 2.0T engine, testing showed gains of 13 whp and 14 ft-lbs of torque, while tuned vehicles with upgraded intake and exhaust saw increases of up to 22 whp and 29 ft-lbs. This intercooler provides the cooling overhead necessary for both stock and highly modified builds.
