Fits 2021-2025 Ford Bronco models equipped with the 2.3L or 2.7L EcoBoost engine.

Designed to withstand the rigors of off-road use, the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler provides a substantial cooling upgrade over the factory tube-and-fin unit. This intercooler features a massive 4.7-inch thick core, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum flanges, and precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks for superior durability against heat, pressure, and trail debris. Compared to stock, this design offers a 77% increase in core volume and a 175% increase in fin surface area, significantly reducing intake temperatures and improving flow.

Extensive testing showed a 21.2-degree reduction in outlet temperatures for the 2.3L EcoBoost and a 15.8-degree reduction for the 2.7L engine. On the dyno, these thermal improvements translated to gains of up to 5.7 whp and 5.3 lb-ft of torque on the 2.3L, and 6.5 whp and 6.5 lb-ft of torque on the 2.7L. Even during repeated high-load trail simulations, this intercooler maintained temperatures significantly lower than stock. This kit is fully compatible with factory adaptive cruise control and 360-degree camera systems.
