This comprehensive upgrade replaces the restrictive factory heat exchanger and plastic charge piping with a robust bar-and-plate core and high-flow aluminum piping. Engineered to support builds up to 572 HP, this kit provides a 146% increase in core volume over the stock unit, resulting in an average outlet temperature drop of 18.1°F. The hot-side piping increases flow area by 103% while the cold-side adds 75%, effectively reducing pressure drop and maximizing turbocharger efficiency.

Constructed with durable cast aluminum end tanks and precision TIG welding, this intercooler kit is designed to withstand high boost pressures and track-day heat soak. The kit includes 5-layer DuraCore™ silicone couplers, reinforced with internal wire to prevent collapsing under vacuum or expansion under boost. For tuners and enthusiasts, the cold-side pipe features a pre-drilled 1/8" NPT sensor port for easy installation of auxiliary gauges or injection nozzles. By removing the restrictive OEM resonator, this system also delivers a more pronounced induction sound.
