The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to optimize the induction system of your 5.9L Cummins. Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum, these pipes provide a significant increase in airflow and a reduction in exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) compared to restrictive factory components. This kit includes both hot-side and cold-side pipes, specifically designed to withstand the high boost levels and temperatures common in diesel applications.
To ensure a leak-free seal, Mishimoto includes boots featuring DuraCore technology. Unlike standard silicone, the DuraCore synthetic inner layer offers superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, preventing the common degradation that leads to boost leaks and blowouts. The assembly is secured with high-grade constant-tension T-bolt clamps for maximum clamping force under load.
