Fits 2012 BMW 328i Base. The Mishimoto MMAI-F30-12P Performance Air Intake Kit is engineered to improve airflow and intake sound without affecting air/fuel ratios on the stock ECU tune. This bolt-on upgrade replaces the restrictive factory airbox and paper filter with a free-flowing design that amplifies turbocharger spool and bypass valve acoustics.
This system features a high-flow oiled air filter that provides a larger filtration surface area compared to the original equipment, ensuring better engine breathing and reusable service life. The included airbox is constructed from lightweight 5052 aluminum with a black powder-coated finish for superior corrosion resistance and heat-shielding. It integrates with the factory intake duct to ensure a steady supply of cool outside air reaches the filter, effectively reducing engine bay heat soak.
