The PERRIN Master Cylinder Support Bracket (PSP-BRK-400) addresses a common weakness in the GD chassis braking system: firewall flex. Under heavy braking, the pressure applied to the pedal actually deflects the thin sheet metal of the firewall, causing a spongy, inconsistent pedal feel. This bracket bridges the gap between the brake master cylinder and the driver-side shock tower, creating a rigid mechanical brace that eliminates movement.
- Prevents master cylinder movement by bracing it against the shock tower
- Delivers a firmer, more responsive brake pedal with improved modulation
- Heavy-duty steel construction ensures zero-flex performance
