The PERRIN AFTA-MAF Intake Tube replaces the restrictive, corrugated factory rubber hose between the air filter box and the turbo inlet pipe. By eliminating the turbulent accordion-style internal walls of the OE piece, this intake tube provides a smoother airflow path into the turbocharger, improving throttle response and increasing intake efficiency.
Constructed from high-temperature resistant, multi-layer silicone, the AFTA-MAF hose is engineered to withstand engine bay heat without collapsing under vacuum or cracking over time. This is a direct bolt-on upgrade that maintains factory sensor locations and requires no ECU recalibration for installation.
