The PERRIN Super Shifter Stop Kit (PSP-INR-023) is designed to eliminate the excessive side-to-side play, or "slop," found in the factory Subaru WRX 6-speed gear selector. This kit tightens the shifter gates for 1st and 2nd gear, providing a precise, mechanical feel that improves shift confidence and reduces the chance of missed gears during spirited driving.
