By tightening the tolerances within the shifter housing, this kit significantly reduces the "slop" felt when the vehicle is in gear, especially within the 1st and 2nd gear gates. This upgrade provides a more precise, mechanical connection to the transmission for faster and more confident gear selection.
Unlike standard shifter stops, this Super Shifter Stop is specifically designed to accommodate the geometry of the PERRIN Short Throw Shifter.
