The PERRIN Cold Air Intake system is designed to increase horsepower and torque by drawing in cooler, denser air from outside the engine bay. By relocating the air filter to the area behind the front bumper, this system significantly reduces intake air temperatures (IATs) compared to the factory airbox, which is prone to heat soak. The result is improved throttle response and a more aggressive induction sound from the 2.4L boxer engine.
Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum, the intake tube ensures a smooth, unrestricted internal path for high-velocity airflow. The durable Hyper Pink powder-coated finish provides a distinct custom look while protecting the component from the elements. This kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade that utilizes factory mounting points for a secure, rattle-free installation.
