The Progress Tech 22mm Rear Sway Bar kit is engineered to dramatically improve the handling of your 2004-2005 Civic by increasing roll stiffness and maintaining a larger, more stable tire contact patch. By replacing the smaller factory bar and soft rubber bushings with a 22mm solid alloy steel bar and high-durometer polyurethane bushings, this kit significantly reduces body lean and helps eliminate the excessive understeer common in front-wheel-drive platforms.

Each bar is cold-formed in-house using precision CNC bending equipment. The laser-cut and CNC-machined ends are MIG-welded in fixed positions to ensure a direct-fit installation. This kit also includes a dedicated chassis brace to reinforce the rear mounting points, ensuring the increased stiffness of the 22mm bar does not compromise the vehicle subframe during spirited driving or track use.
