The Progress Tech 21mm Rear Sway Bar is engineered to significantly improve handling by reducing the traction-robbing body roll that pushes tires off their optimal contact patch. By increasing the vehicle's roll stiffness, this solid alloy steel bar keeps the tires flatter against the pavement, providing more grip and minimizing the heavy understeer common in modern front-wheel-drive chassis.
Proudly manufactured in the USA, each sway bar is cold-formed using precision CNC bending equipment. The laser-cut and CNC-machined ends are MIG-welded in specialized fixtures to ensure an exact fit to the factory mounting locations. This kit upgrades the small OEM sway bar and soft rubber bushings to a larger diameter alloy bar and high-durometer polyurethane bushings for immediate steering response and increased driver confidence.
