The QA1 12HT110 High Travel Spring is engineered for performance and racing applications where maximum suspension travel and minimum unsprung weight are critical. These springs are manufactured from high-tensile, chrome silicon alloy wire, allowing for a smaller wire diameter and fewer coils. This design results in a lighter spring that reacts faster to track conditions and provides significantly more travel before reaching coil-bind compared to standard springs.
- Precision Manufacturing: Cold-wound, heat-treated, and shot-peened to ensure long-term durability and resistance to fatigue.
- Consistent Loading: Both ends are squared and ground for straight, accurate operation within the spring seat.
- Protective Finish: The silver powder-coated finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.
- Lifetime Guarantee: QA1 guarantees these springs will remain within 2% of their original free height and rate under normal operating conditions.
