The Rancho RS5000X series is engineered to deliver a versatile ride that handles both highway commuting and technical off-road trails. Utilizing a large 2.25-inch twin-tube body, this shock features Rancho’s exclusive Progressive Engagement Valving. This system is custom-tuned to each vehicle to reduce initial impacts at low speeds while maintaining firm control during high-speed maneuvers or when navigating rough terrain.

Built for long-term durability, the RS55326 features a 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod to resist scuffs and corrosion, along with double-welded loops at high-stress areas. The interior is filled with all-weather fluid and pressurized with nitrogen gas to 150 PSI, effectively minimizing air-to-oil foaming and damping fade under extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 248°F.
