The Rancho RS5000X RS55010 Rear Shock utilizes a patented progressive valving system and high-pressure gas charge to deliver improved handling and control on both paved roads and rugged terrain. Engineered with a large 2.25-inch twin-tube body and 150 PSI nitrogen gas pressurization, this shock minimizes air-to-oil mixture (foaming) to prevent damping fade during intensive use. The 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod and 35mm sintered iron piston provide the structural durability required for trucks and SUVs, while the self-lubricating seal ensures a long service life.
