The RockJock forged Johnny Joint is a premier solution for suspension fabricators and custom builders, providing 30 degrees of unrestricted movement—a significant upgrade over the 22 degrees typical of standard heim joints. Unlike traditional rod ends, the Johnny Joint utilizes high-density urethane bushings to encase the inner ball, offering essential cushioning and vibration dampening for off-road and street applications.
Constructed for maximum durability, this joint features a forged steel body protected by a gold zinc plating. The center ball is heat-treated and cross-drilled for through-bolt lubrication, while the internal components are secured by two heat-treated side washers and a heavy-duty snap ring. This greasable joint is designed for long-term serviceability in demanding environments.
