This system utilizes a Modular Intake Tube (MIT) manufactured from cross-linked, high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The smooth interior of the HDPE tube eliminates turbulence and provides an unrestricted path for incoming air, directly improving throttle response and engine efficiency.

At the heart of the system is the Roush synthetic nano-fiber air filter. Unlike traditional cotton-gauze filters, this media is designed to trap significantly smaller contaminants. Built to SAE standards, this filter captures nearly twice the percentage of 2-micron particulates and over six times the 0.5-micron particulates compared to leading competitors. The filter is 100% washable and reusable, designed for the lifetime of your vehicle.
