The Roush Performance Extreme Axle-Back Exhaust (MPN 421915) is engineered to replace the restrictive factory mufflers with a high-flow, straight-through design. This system provides a deeper, more aggressive acoustic profile for the 4.6L and 5.4L V8 engines while improving exhaust scavenging. Constructed from 409 aluminized stainless steel, the piping is mandrel-bent to maintain a consistent diameter and maximize flow velocity throughout the system.
The kit is finished with premium 304 stainless steel chrome-flashed tips that offer superior corrosion resistance and features the embossed Roush logo. This axle-back system is a direct-fit upgrade that utilizes factory mounting points for a straightforward installation.
