This Rugged Ridge ORV suspension lift kit provides a 4-inch increase in ride height, engineered to deliver a complete suspension solution for your vintage CJ. Unlike entry-level spacer kits, the ORV program utilizes high-grade materials and specific valving to ensure reliability on the trail and a controlled ride on the road.
The included leaf springs are manufactured from ductile iron—a memory metal that maintains its arch over time—and are shot-peened for increased fatigue resistance and surface strength. Each kit features nitro-charged shocks equipped with self-adjusting valving, allowing the suspension to react instantly to changing terrain. The components are finished in a durable black powder coat to resist corrosion in harsh off-road environments.
