The Russell Performance Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line Kit (MPN: 684690) is engineered to replace factory rubber hoses, significantly reducing hose expansion under pressure. This upgrade eliminates the "spongy" pedal feel often found in aging hydraulic systems, providing a firmer and more responsive brake feel for improved control during hard braking.
These lines are pre-assembled for a straightforward, bolt-on installation into factory mounting points. The stainless steel outer braid protects the internal PTFE liner from road debris and environmental wear, while the zinc-plated fittings ensure long-term corrosion resistance.
