The Skunk2 Composite High Volume Fuel Rail is engineered for high-performance B-series builds, utilizing a proprietary carbon-impregnated, aerospace thermo-polymer composite. This advanced material is 33% lighter and 60% stronger than traditional aluminum rails. More importantly, it acts as a thermal barrier, operating up to 100°F cooler than aluminum to insulate fuel from radiant and conductive engine bay heat, resulting in a denser fuel charge and increased power.

Designed to eliminate the sharp internal angles found in extruded aluminum rails, this composite rail features a massive 0.625-inch internal bore for superior fuel injector pulsation dampening. The smooth interior finish and radius-cut injector outlets optimize flow characteristics. Whether you are running a stock fuel system or a high-horsepower build using alcohol-based fuels, this rail is capable of supporting up to 1,200 HP.
