The Skunk2 Pro Series Ball Joint V2.0 is an engineered solution for the clearance and binding issues common in lowered vehicles. Designed to replace standard ball joints in Pro Series Front Camber Kits, this V2.0 version improves upon its predecessor with structural and material upgrades to handle increased suspension stress. The redesigned housing and pivot assembly help prevent the upper A-arm from binding at the joint, which is a frequent problem when a vehicle's range of motion maxes out at aggressive ride heights.
This ball joint (MPN 916-05-5660) features a 3mm larger diameter pivot ball and a unique notched housing, allowing for a significantly increased range of motion and overall joint strength. Internal construction includes a high-quality Teflon liner for smooth, low-friction operation, while the exterior rubber boot utilizes a crimped design to maintain a seal even at extreme angles.
