Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide a significant upgrade over factory suspension by focusing on ride quality and long-term durability. Constructed from high-quality American steel, these progressive multi-leaf packs undergo a specialized shot-peening process. By bombarding the steel with high-velocity pellets, the surface is compressed to increase tensile strength, allowing for maximum wheel travel and flex without compromising the lifespan of the spring.

Unlike standard spring designs that use restrictive C-style bend clips which cause binding, the Softride series features bolt-style spring clips to eliminate friction. Each leaf is tapered along its entire length to distribute loads more evenly and ensure smooth flex at the leaf ends. This design prevents individual leaves from digging into the material above them, resulting in a more compliant ride on and off the road.
