Constructed as a progressive multi-leaf pack using high-grade American steel, each individual leaf undergoes a high-velocity shot-peening process. These hard steel pellets compress the surface of the metal, significantly increasing tensile strength and resistance to fatigue. To eliminate the binding and friction common in standard C-style bend clips, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips for smoother articulation.

The leaves are tapered along their entire length, allowing for increased flex at the ends and more even load distribution. This design prevents leaves from digging into one another while maintaining a load capacity equal to or greater than original equipment. Each spring pack is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
