Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide a smooth, comfortable ride without sacrificing the durability required for off-road performance. Each leaf is constructed from high-quality American steel and undergoes a high-velocity shot-peening process with hard steel pellets. This technique compresses the steel's surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and allowing for maximum wheel travel without compromising the spring's service life.
These progressive multi-leaf packs feature a tapered design over the entire length of the leaf, which distributes loads evenly and reduces friction between individual leaves. Unlike standard C-style bend clips that can cause binding, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips to ensure consistent movement and flex.
