The Snow Performance High Output Fuel Hat (SNF-52150H) provides a robust fueling solution for high-horsepower C7 Corvettes. Engineered to replace the factory fuel bucket, this assembly features a manifold CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum. This internal manifold design eliminates the common failure points of multi-pump upgrades, such as unreliable T-fittings, rubber hoses, and plastic lines that can degrade over time.

Designed for durability and chemical resistance, the hat is finished in black anodizing and utilizes Viton O-rings, making it fully compatible with gasoline, E85, and E98 ethanol blends. The assembly retains critical OE functionality, including the factory fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, and fuel transfer pump for saddle-style tanks. This unit is designed specifically for return-style fuel systems and features large-bore ports to support high flow rates without restriction.
