Fits select 2005-2023 Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger models. This Snow Performance Xtreme Fuel Hat is a premium high-output fueling solution designed to replace restrictive factory fuel buckets and unreliable multi-pump configurations that rely on T-fittings and hose clamps.

Engineered and CNC-machined in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, this manifold features internal passages that eliminate the risk of fuel line deterioration or leaks common with rubber or plastic hoses. The assembly is finished in a durable black anodized coating for full compatibility with E85, ethanol blends, and 100% gasoline. It retains critical OE functionality, including the factory fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, and fuel transfer pump operation for saddle-style tanks.

This fuel hat is designed for return-style fuel systems only and utilizes genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) pumps for maximum reliability. The 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports provide the necessary flow capacity for high-horsepower forced induction or naturally aspirated builds.
