This Spectre air intake system is engineered specifically for the engine bay and fender layout of 1968-1972 GM A-body muscle cars running modern LS powerplants. Designed to optimize airflow while maintaining a clean look, this kit positions the air filter on the driver side of the engine compartment to clear accessories and intake manifold routing commonly found in swap applications. The mandrel-bent polished aluminum tubing provides a low-restriction path for incoming air to improve engine efficiency and response.

The system is compatible with blade-style mass air flow (MAF) sensors or speed density setups and can be adapted to round boot-in MAF sensors with additional components. It includes a high-performance, red washable synthetic filter and a custom-fit heat shield that utilizes existing vehicle mounting points for a secure, drill-free installation.
